   • Cancellations must be requested in writing before the project reaches 25% completion.
   • Once the development phase exceeds 25%, cancellations will not be entertained.
   • If canceled within the eligible period, only unused project hours will be refunded.

2. Digital Marketing

   • Monthly subscriptions for SEO, social media marketing, and other digital campaigns can be canceled anytime with a 15-day notice.
   • Any campaigns already initiated or payments made for third-party services (e.g., ad placements, tools) are non-refundable.

3. Sales Acceleration

   • Store management services for platforms like Amazon and Flipkart require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
   • No refunds will be issued for work completed or services already availed, such as listing optimization or inventory updates.

4. Cybersecurity

   • For ongoing cybersecurity monitoring and protection services, a 30-day notice period applies.
   • Refunds are not applicable for one-time audits or setup services once completed.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Services not initiated due to delays or issues on our end.
  • Cancellation within the eligible period as per the service type.

• Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after service initiation.
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required materials or approvals.
  • Completed deliverables or milestones.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Payments will be refunded via the original payment method.
